Or Levy is responsible for arranging and securing commercial real estate debt financing. Throughout his career, Mr. Levy has placed over $200 million in commercial mortgage notes both as a Broker and as a Senior Financial Analyst in Dansker Capital Group. Or specializes in middle-market senior loans for stabilized, value-add and new developments in major cities, secondary and tertiary markets. Mr. Levy’s existing relationships allows him to place various types of loans with agency, CMBS and private lenders, local & national banks, debt funds and life insurance companies. In addition, Mr. Levy advises clients on debt structuring, optimal financing terms for various transactions and capital markets analysis for potential acquisitions and refinances.

Mr. Levy has previous experience in the real estate field as he worked in Dansker Capital Group as a Senior Capital Markets Analyst and interned in the Manhattan office of Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation. During his work, Mr. Levy was responsible for placing senior debt requests, preparing complex financial models, researching capital markets trends, and analyzing financials & third-party reports. Previously, Mr. Levy worked in property management for the Orbach Group where he managed approximately 500 units for their portfolio in New York City. During this period, he worked closely with the company’s acquisition team where he had to inspect commercial properties and evaluate capital expenditure projects including daily budgets to accurately allocate capital and physical resources.

Mr. Levy received a B.A in Finance and Investments with a concentration in Economics from the Zicklin Business School at Baruch College of the City University of New York. Mr. Levy serves as the Head of Business Pillar in the Israeli-American Council (IAC) Edge and as a Committee Member for Friends of Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) Real Estate Young Leadership division in New York.
