Mr. Levy has previous experience in the real estate field as he interned in the Manhattan office of Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation. During his internship, Mr. Levy was responsible for preparing and reviewing property valuations for commercial real estate sales and financing transactions. Previously, Mr. Levy worked in property management for the Orbach Group where he managed approximately 500 units for their portfolio in New York. During this period, he worked closely with the company’s acquisition team where he had to evaluate and inspect commercial properties. Mr. Levy researched and evaluated capital expenditure projects and daily budgets to accurately allocate capital and physical resources. As a result, he has in-depth understanding of the New York City real estate laws, regulations and requirements.
Mr. Levy received a B.A in Finance with a concentration in Economics from the Zicklin Business School at Baruch College of the City University of New York. Mr. Levy graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020, was a runner-up in the Kislak Real Estate Institute Competition and was a member of the Phi Thetta Kappa honor society.
