Jake Kahn

At Dansker Capital Group, Jake is responsible for sourcing and securing commercial debt financing for owners and developers across all asset classes, locally and nationally.

Jake joins Dansker Capital Group after 8.5 years at Marcus & Millichap where he was a First Vice President of Investments, within the New York Multifamily Group, a top multifamily brokerage team.

Prior to joining Dansker Capital Group, Jake was responsible for sourcing acquisition and disposition opportunities from operators as well as generational owners seeking to exit the New York City market. Nationally, he advised a $40 billion REIT on the acquisition of Senior Housing facilities in 9 states. Furthermore, he was responsible for leading a group of junior brokers & analysts, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with lenders and advising clients on financing solutions. Over the course of his time at Marcus & Millichap, Jacob personally advised on the acquisition and disposition of ~$1 billion of multifamily and mixed-use assets.
