Andrew Dansker

Andrew Dansker is the First Vice President of Finance in the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC).
Andrew has more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining MMCC, he was a mortgage broker at Cooper-Horowitz Inc. He also served as the Managing Director of Matrix Realty Group, was a summer associate in the offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP and worked with Intervest National Bank in New York.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

Joshua Zegen
Managing Principal, Co-Founder, Madison Realty Capital
Mr. Zegen co-founded Madison Realty Capital in 2004 and is responsible for overseeing the origination and structuring of all of MRC’s investment activities, as well as raising institutional capital and portfolio management. Since MRC’s inception, Mr. Zegen has closed real estate transactions totaling in excess of $11 billion. At the firm, Mr. Zegen serves on several investment committees related to both the debt and equity platforms.
Prior to founding MRC, he founded and was president of Alpine Commercial Capital, a mortgage advisory firm that successfully closed over $500 million in real estate financings. Prior to forming Alpine, Mr. Zegen was an investment banker in Salomon Smith Barney’s financial sponsors/private equity group where he focused on leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions.
Mr. Zegen is a co-founder and board member of The New York Private Equity Network (“NYPEN”). Mr. Zegen graduated cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.

Kelly Gebert, Jr.
Director of Acquisitions, Triangle Capital Group
Kelly Gebert is a director at Triangle Capital where he oversees acquisitions and business development. Since he joined the firm in 2015, Triangle has acquired nearly $1bn of non-performing loans and real estate across the country. Triangle leverages its knowledge of complex debt products with a captive balance sheet and property-level experience to quickly evaluate and close transactions.
Before joining Triangle, Kelly spent three years at The Townsend Group, a global real estate advisory and investment firm with over $100 billion of assets under advisement. As an associate on the Special Situations team, he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting opportunities for the firm’s discretionary co-invest funds where he worked on value-add and opportunistic investments around the globe totaling over $10bn. Kelly graduated from The King’s College with a B.S. in Business Management.

Brock Cannon
Executive Managing Director, Newmark Knight Frank
Brock Cannon is the Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank as a loan sales advisor to expand the national platform. Mr. Cannon’s expertise helps strategize opportunities and expand customer focus in loan sales advisory. He has sold both performing and non-performing and real estate owned loans, with a diverse client list ranging from banks and life insurance companies to special servicers and debt funds.
Cannon is based in New York and has 13 years of experience in real estate finance. His responsibilities include national loan sales and portfolio sales. Prior to his time at HFF in Chicago and Denver, he worked at CBRE in Houston.
