Andrew Dansker

Andrew Dansker is the First Vice President of Finance in the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). Mr. Dansker is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality. Over the course of his career, Mr. Dansker has arranged over $1 billion in debt. He has existing relationships with both national and regional lending sources including government agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

Mr. Dansker has more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining MMCC, he was a mortgage broker at Cooper-Horowitz Inc. He also served as the Managing Director of Matrix Realty Group, was a summer associate in the offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP and worked with Intervest National Bank in New York.

Mr. Dansker earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.

Stuart Beal

Stewart W. Beal is a serial entrepreneur who brings extensive management, marketing, and leadership abilities to any project.  Mr. Beal started his first business when he was 13, sold that business when he was 19, and invested the proceeds into real estate.  Mr. Beal founded Beal Properties in 2002 and Beal Properties has since purchased 70 properties in Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Toledo, and downtown Detroit. The company currently manages over 2,000 apartments, office spaces, and single-family homes.  In 2014, Mr. Beal and his partner founded Watermark Partners to acquire multifamily real estate in the Midwest.  Mr. Beal serves on the acquisition team which has acquired 128 apartment buildings in the last 4 years and serves as Head of Property Management.   Mr. Beal has degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University and is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Michigan.

Gregory Kalikow

Gregory Kalikow, Vice President, is the fourth generation in his family’s real estate business. Mr. Kalikow graduated Washington University in St. Louis in 2007, graduated Hofstra Law School in 2010, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011. Mr. Kalikow has been working with The Kalikow Group since 2003 on the overseeing and management of his family’s real estate holdings. Additionally, Mr. Kalikow has helped provide his company with legal expertise in order to develop rental, single family, and condominium units as well as shopping centers in various projects both in and outside of New York. Mr. Kalikow is an active member of the Real Estate Division of the United Jewish Appeal (UJA), a supporter of Young Jewish Professionals (YJP), as well as a member of the Shalva fundraising committee.

Peter is the founder of the New York Multifamily Team at Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest commercial real estate firm. The team specializes in NYC mid-market multifamily investments, selling an average of 1 billion dollars of multifamily buildings each year. Backed by the national platform of Marcus & Millichap, they serve private and institutional investors in the multifamily industry.

In addition, Peter hosts “Behind the Bricks,” the #1 podcast about NYC Multifamily real estate investing. Peter has also authored a book titled: Family Secrets: Secret Strategies to New York City Multifamily Investing. This work conveys several first-hand experiences detailing how to successfully invest in the NYC multifamily marketplace. Marvin Schnee is the President of Sundance Real Estate Advisors. He was a broker for twenty years before he started to take an ownership and a managerial role in his investments. He started with one multi-family property in Kentucky and now owns and manages multi-family assets, student housing properties, industrial and office assets throughout ten different states. Currently, he spends his time actively overseeing his portfolio and sourcing new deals to provide high-yield returns to his partners.
