Andy Weiss

ndy Weiss is an Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Capital Advisory group (MMCC) where he is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. 
 
Prior to joining MMCC, Andy served as a Senior Associate within PwC’s Financial Markets practice where he specialized in valuation and transaction services for Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and other asset backed securities.  
 
Andy is a member of AIPAC’s National Council and Young Leadership Council. Additionally, he serves on the board for the Council of Young Jewish Presidents (CYJP), Northeastern University Hillel, and Chabad Young Professionals UES. 

Mr. Weiss is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Accounting.  Andy is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Additionally, he is a CFA® Charter holder and a licensed CPA in New York State.

Chris DeAngelis

Founder, TriArch Real Estate Group

Chris DeAngelis is the founder of TriArch Real Estate Group, a multi-strategy real estate investment and management firm. Founded in 2008, the company actively acquires, develops and rehabilitates properties throughout New York City. The company focuses on value-add opportunities and leverages its fully integrated services within each transaction, which include leasing, asset and property management and development.
Prior to founding TriArch, Mr. DeAngelis worked in the residential development group at Forest City Ratner Companies (“FCR”), a New York based development company. At FCR, he was responsible for the sourcing and development of properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. One of the notable projects he managed on behalf of FCR was the development of 8 Spruce Street, an $800 million-dollar ground-up development in lower Manhattan. The 1 million square foot mixed-use property was designed by famed architect Frank Gehry. In addition, Mr. DeAngelis worked with the team that assembled the Pacific Park masterplan in downtown Brooklyn that saw the Barclays Center and Brooklyn Nets come to Atlantic Avenue and laid the foundation for future office and residential construction.
Currently Mr. DeAngelis is developing an 80-unit class A apartment building across from Columbia University in Morningside Heights. The property is purpose-built for students and will be privately-owned and leased to the multitude of students residing in the area. This is TriArch’s second student housing property in Manhattan. Their initial foray into the space was in 2016 when they acquired 100 units at the Alabama, located at 15 E 11th street in Greenwich Village, and redeveloped the property into a state-of-the-art, fully furnished student housing property. The building is primarily leased to NYU and New School students.
Mr. DeAngelis grew up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and graduated from Boston College in 2002. He currently lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and son.
