Dansker Capital Group hosted a seminar event at the Harmonie Club on April 5, 2017.  The subject was the changing face of bridge lending in New York City.  The participants discussed bridge lending as an alternative to conventional lending, as well as the flood of former equity players entering the bridge space and their impact on deal terms and quality.  The networking breakfast was exclusively sponsored by the New York Multifamily Group.
